The special feature of SolEthEn proposed is the provision of "tailored" services, developed through a close collaboration with customers and an accurate analysis of production/ management or administrative/economic requirements of SMEs, service companies and public offices.

Starting from general understanding of the problem, SolEthEn intervention comprises the following steps:
